Step 3: Now, you can download the image with smoother edges and don't need to annoy about how to smooth edges in Photoshop. Step 2: without any click, the tool automatically smoothens the edges for you. After two years, the rough edges still havent been removed from the 'new' presets. So, is there anything I can do to make the jagged edges go away? I am using "Art Optimized" in both places and exporting at 300dpi in both places. Step 1: Visit the website and use the available upload button, to upload the image with rough edges. However my problem is that when I'm seeing the 'import image' box the left picture ' Source Image' is very clean and sharp as it should be but the right picture 'image used when generating contours' is very rough which then creates a very rough plot. To do this, simply import an image, let the new Enhance feature. It is therefore very important for me that the edges are very sharp on the font. These jagged edges are not present when exporting from File > Export As, but this latter method takes much longer to export, particularly for large artboards which I use frequently. Logoist 4’s new analysis algorithm was trained using hundreds of thousands of images, turning it into an incredibly powerful tool: Logoist is now able to rescue even highly compressed images with lots of jpeg artifacts or image noise and can automatically remove image errors. I turned up my display performance to high and even tried printing it (with all of the data) and it still shows up. In Photoshop, the image is perfect but when I transfer it, I get the inconsistencies. The file "TestLayout_Overall_01.jpg" was exported using the new "Export for Screens" dialog and has jagged edges on the oval shape. Some of the photos that I put into InDesign automatically get jagged edges, even without me rotating the photo. ![]() However my problem is that when Im seeing the 'import image' box the left picture ' Source Image' is very clean and sharp as it should be but the right picture 'image used when generating contours' is very rough which then creates a very rough plot. For many of my exports using this method, I now get jagged edges, especially on round edges and especially at angles. It is therefore very important for me that the edges are very sharp on the font. And, if you let me, I'd use the 'Pixel perfect' method, with the option. As a helping tip, I'd recommend you to use Illustrator to be able to make it in vectorial format so as you can scale it without problems. This, along with background export, was one of my top requests and I am so grateful that it's been added. In fact, as Scott said, if you don't have a logo in a vectorial format (or some raw format) it's better to start one from scratch. The export speed for JPEGs using the "Export for Screens" option has increased from around 30 seconds to nearly instantaneous for me on AI 2020.
